All content within Temple Milieu™, including frameworks, rituals, systems, curriculum, graphics, text, audio, video, branding, trademarks, and proprietary methods—including but not limited to The Tear Ritual™, Pelvic Sovereignty Ritual™, GABAxel™, Temple Milieu Library Mode™, Processing Life™, Sacred Signalx™, and all related assets—is the exclusive intellectual property of Temple Milieu™.
You agree that:
- You may not reproduce, distribute, share, modify, or resell any content without written permission.
- Enrollment or purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.
- Temple Milieu Library Mode™ content is protected, confidential, and not permitted for reuse, training, or derivative creation outside the project’s intended scope.
Violations may result in legal action, termination of access, and financial damages.
4. Confidentiality & Community Standards
Temple Milieu™ maintains a high-trust environment. By participating, you agree to:
- Protect the confidentiality of all shared stories, methods, materials, and participant experiences.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Engage with the community and its members respectfully and in good faith.
We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate these standards.
5. Retreats, Events & In-Person Experiences
Retreats and events may involve physical activities, creative sessions, wellness practices, and outdoor environments. By registering, you acknowledge the following:
- You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your health, choices, and actions.
- Temple Milieu™ is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or incidents arising from participation, travel, or accommodations.
- You agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by the event facilitators.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the event-specific policy.
6. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer
Temple Milieu™ provides coaching, guidance, rituals, and educational experiences. These Services:
- Do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
- Do not serve as legal, investment, or financial advice.
- Are designed for personal development and emotional coherence.
You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
7. Payment, Billing & Refund Policy
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. By purchasing, you authorize Temple Milieu™ and its payment processors to charge your provided method of payment.
Refunds are governed by the policy attached to each specific product or program. Unless otherwise stated:
- Digital products, downloadable materials, rituals, and templates are non-refundable.
- Event deposits are non-refundable.
- Coaching programs may offer refunds only within the stated window at the time of purchase.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in immediate termination of access and legal recovery of owed funds.
8. Product Use & Safety
Temple Milieu™ wellness products, supplements, and ritual kits are created for personal ritual, emotional wellness, and lifestyle enhancement.
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
- These products are not FDA-evaluated or intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
- You must consult your own healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

9. Technology, Accounts & Access
